You will have a great deal of training to help you with the children and opportunities to grow in this field. You will find that all or most of your supervisors have at one time also been child care workers and bring a great deal of empathy and understanding to what you are facing. I truly feel that this is one of the most important jobs you could have chosen…to love children and help them grow in all areas of their lives.
