Lynn R. Harms, M.Ed., LMSW

President

Lynn Harms is President of Texas Boys Ranch. Lynn  is a child care administrator and is involved in the general administration, public relations, development, and financial matters of Texas Boys Ranch.  Lynn Harms, has had more than 31 years experience in residential childcare and most of those years have been in administrative positions.



John Sigle, M.Ed., NCC, LPC

Executive Director
 

John Sigle is our Executive Director. John has been with Texas Boys Ranch since 2002, after 7 years at the Children’s Home of Lubbock. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, and a Licensed Child Care Administrator. John also serves as a clinical director at TBR. He has 22 years of management and leadership experience in the United States Air Force, several years as an adjunct professor with various colleges and universities, and 15 years experience in residential childcare. In other words, we are in exceptionally good hands at Texas Boys Ranch.



Mike Wilson, MS, CFLE

Program Director
 

Mike Wilson is our Program Director. Mike has been with Texas Boys Ranch since 2008, after four years as a houseparent at Children’s Home of Lubbock. Mike Wilson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Ministry as well as a Master’s degree in Family Life Education. He is a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE) from the National Council on Family Relations. He has over eighteen years experience in ministry, and seven years experience in residential childcare. As Program Director, Mike is responsible for managing our residential care program at Texas Boys Ranch.



Stana Washington, LBSW

Case Manager
Stana Washington is one of our amazing caseworkers. She has been at Texas Boys Ranch since 2008. Stana has a Licensed Bachelor’s in Social Work from Lubbock Christian University. She has 10 years experience in residential childcare. As a case manager, Stana is responsible for the day-to-day case management for some of our children in care at Texas Boys Ranch.


Brady Goen

Ranch Foreman
Brady Goen is our Ranch Foreman.  Brady has been with Texas Boys Ranch since 2003. Brady has worked in ranch and farm activities most of his life. He is an expert horseman and has been trained to oversee therapeutic riding activities from Texas Tech University. Brady has seven years experience in residential childcare. As Ranch Foreman, Brady is responsible for the ranch work program and therapeutic/recreation horseback riding program.


Stephen Warren

Director of Development

Steve joined us in February of 2011. Steve has been the Director of Development at Lubbock Christian School for the past six years. He graduated from South Plains College in 1998 and Texas Tech University in 2000. After Texas Tech, he was recruited as a Senior District Executive with the South Plains Council, Boy Scouts of America. He was the South Plains Council’s Summer Camp Director in 2005 and attended The BSA National Jamboree in 2005 and 2010. In 2006 he was recruited to Lubbock Christian School as the Development Director. He has been the catalyst for that school to enter a higher level of service by his successes in annual campaigns, grant writing, special events, and capital campaigns. Steve and his wife Terri have been married for 26 years and have three children. Their oldest daughter attends Lubbock Christian University, the youngest attends Lubbock Christian Schools, and their oldest son is beginning a career in the automotive industry.



Jenny Goen

Administrative Assistant

Jenny Goen is our Administrative Assistant. She has been at Texas Boys Ranch since 2003. Jenny has nine years experience in office management and human resources and seven years experience in residential childcare. As the Administrative Assistant, Jenny is responsible for the day-to-day management of office activities and assisting our executive director. In addition to her duties as Administrative Assistant, Jenny is a fully qualified childcare staff, and is a huge asset to our residential care program.



Lindsey Mills, MS HDFS

Case Manager/ Admissions Coordinator

As Admission's Coordinator, Lindsey works with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services to place boys in one of our four cottages at Texas Boys Ranch. Lindsey completed her Bachelor of Arts in Family Studies at Lubbock Christian University and then received her Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies at Texas Tech University. Lindsey did her practicum work at Texas Boys Ranch as an undergraduate student. Lindsey fell in love with the work here and took a full-time position in February 2009, shortly after graduating from Texas Tech.



Kyla Graham, BA Communications

Marketing/Communications

Kyla Graham works in Marketing and Communications at Texas Boys Ranch. Kyla has been with Texas Boys Ranch since 2008. She initially began work as a relief houseparent, while finishing up school at Lubbock Christian University. Kyla graduated from LCU in May 2010 with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Communications. In October 2010, Kyla began working in Development for Texas Boys Ranch.



Chris Armstrong, BA Sociology

Case Manager

Chris Armstrong is another one of our wonderful caseworkers. He joined us at Texas Boys Ranch this year, after several years as a case manager for Children’s Home of Lubbock. Chris graduated from Stephen F. Austin University with a Bachelor’s in Sociology.  Chris is currently a graduate student in Sociology at Texas Tech University. He has eleven years of experience working in residential childcare. As a case manager, Chris is responsible for the day-to-day case management for our children in care at Texas Boys Ranch.
